3. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You must promptly notify #divisions of any unauthorized access or security breach.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You explicitly agree not to:

2. Use automated scraping, bots, or unauthorized API calls
3. Misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
4. Distribute malware, engage in phishing, or violate third-party rights
5. Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Services without written consent

6. Privacy & Data Processing

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, with proceedings conducted in Wilmington, Delaware.
