By accessing or using #divisions services, you agree to comply with this Prohibited Uses policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, legal action, or both. This policy applies to all users, including individual accounts, enterprise clients, and API consumers.
5.1 Illegal & Unlawful Activity
You may not use #divisions services to:
- Violate applicable local, state, federal, or international laws
- Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or tax evasion
- Engage in harassment, threats, stalking, or hate speech
- Distribute illegal content, including non-consensual media or harmful material
- Circumvent jurisdictional restrictions or sanctions
5.2 Security & Integrity Violations
5.2.1 Unauthorized Access
Attempting to bypass authentication, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access to #divisions infrastructure, customer data, or third-party systems is strictly prohibited.
5.2.2 Malicious Code & Exploits
You may not host, distribute, or execute malware, ransomware, botnets, rootkits, or any code designed to damage, disrupt, or gain control of computing resources.
5.2.3 DDoS & Resource Exhaustion
Intentionally overwhelming #divisions systems through distributed denial-of-service attacks, credential stuffing, or automated scraping that degrades service quality for other users.
5.3 Data & Privacy Misuse
- Collecting, storing, or processing personal data without explicit consent where required by law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Sharing sensitive data with unauthorized third parties
- Using #divisions data lakes or analytics pipelines for surveillance or profiling without legal basis
- Exporting or scraping customer data beyond your licensed entitlements
5.4 Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not use #divisions services to:
- Host, distribute, or promote pirated content, counterfeit goods, or trademark-infringing material
- Impersonate individuals, brands, or organizations
- Generate or distribute AI content that violates third-party copyrights or rights of publicity
- Repackage #divisions proprietary models, datasets, or APIs for resale without explicit written authorization
5.5 Service Abuse & System Interference
- Exceeding rate limits, quota allocations, or fair usage policies repeatedly
- Running cryptocurrency mining, password cracking, or hash-intensive workloads on shared infrastructure without dedicated hardware provisioning
- Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited commercial communications
- Manipulating ranking algorithms, recommendation systems, or trust/safety mechanisms
- Using automated bots or scripts to bypass CAPTCHAs, queue systems, or human verification flows
5.6 Compliance & Regulatory Violations
#divisions services may not be used in violation of:
- Export control regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR)
- Healthcare compliance standards when processing PHI without proper safeguards (HIPAA, HITECH)
- Financial regulations requiring licensed intermediaries (SEC, FINRA, MiFID II)
- Industry-specific mandates where #divisions has not been certified for your jurisdiction
Important: If your use case falls in a gray area, contact our compliance team at compliance@divisions.tech before deployment. We provide pre-implementation reviews for enterprise clients.
5.7 Consequences of Violation
Upon detection or credible report of a violation, #divisions reserves the right to:
- Issue a formal warning and require remediation within a specified timeframe
- Temporarily suspend access pending investigation
- Permanently terminate accounts and revoke all licenses
- Preserve logs and evidence for law enforcement or civil proceedings
- Seek monetary damages for system abuse, reputational harm, or third-party claims
5.8 Reporting Violations
We encourage responsible disclosure and community enforcement. Report suspected violations via:

All reports are reviewed within 48 hours. Submitter anonymity is preserved unless consent is given or legally required.
Policy Amendments: #divisions may update this policy to reflect evolving technology, legal requirements, or security landscapes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Major changes will be communicated via platform announcements and email notifications.
