Overview
At #divisions, we are committed to transparency and compliance. This section outlines how we manage, communicate, and implement changes to our policies, including but not limited to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Service Level Agreements.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any of our policies at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, industry standards, or business operations. All changes will be governed by the procedures detailed below.
Notification Process
We believe users should be informed before any policy changes take effect. Our notification process depends on the nature and severity of the changes:
- Material Changes: Substantive modifications that significantly alter user rights, data handling practices, or service terms will trigger an advance notice of at least 30 days.
- Minor/Technical Changes: Updates for legal compliance, typographical corrections, or clarification will be posted immediately with a brief changelog entry.
- Communication Channels: Notices will be delivered via email to your registered account address, in-app notifications, and prominent banners on our platform.
⚠️ Important: We strongly recommend regularly reviewing the “Last Updated” date and revision history on this page to stay informed of any modifications.
Effective Date of Changes
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all policy changes become effective upon publication on our platform. For material changes, the effective date will be clearly specified in the notification and will never be sooner than the 30-day advance notice period.
Emergency changes required for security, legal compliance, or critical service integrity may take effect immediately. In such cases, #divisions will provide retroactive documentation and reasoning as soon as reasonably practicable.
Continued Use & Consent
By continuing to access or use #divisions services after a policy change has taken effect, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the updated terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with the revised policies, you must discontinue use of our services and terminate your account through our user dashboard or by contacting support.
Failure to discontinue use after disagreeing with a policy update does not grant any additional rights or exemptions. All prior versions of the policy will be archived and accessible for reference but will no longer govern active accounts.
