How quickly do you respond to DPO inquiries?

All Data Protection Officer requests are prioritized and acknowledged within 24 hours. Per GDPR Article 12, we commit to resolving data subject requests within 30 days, or 72 hours for urgent security-related concerns.

Where is my data stored?

.git operates region-locked infrastructure. By default, EU/EEA customer data remains within Frankfurt and Amsterdam data centers. Enterprise customers can select US, APAC, or sovereign cloud regions during onboarding.

Can I request deletion of my organization's data?

Yes. You may submit a deletion request via the DPO contact form or email. We verify authorization, purge active systems within 72 hours, and clear backups within 30 days. A confirmation certificate is provided upon completion.

Do you share data with third parties?

Never for marketing or commercial purposes. We only engage strictly necessary subprocessors (e.g., hosting, CDN, billing) under signed Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). Full subprocessor list is published in our Trust Center.
