California Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, this supplement describes your specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the California Privacy Regulations.
1. Information We Collect, Use, and Disclose

b. Right to Delete
You may request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., legal obligations, security, freedom of speech, or compliance with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act).
c. Right to Correct
If your personal information is inaccurate, you may request that we correct it. We will verify the correction within a reasonable timeframe.
d. Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
Although we do not sell or share your personal information, you retain the right to opt out of any future changes to this policy. You can exercise this right by contacting us or using our global privacy control signal if applicable.
e. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
If we collect sensitive personal information, you may limit its use and disclosure to what is necessary to perform the services we provide.
f. Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may offer financial incentives or different pricing only if clearly disclosed and voluntary, which does not apply to our standard services.

Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. If we need more time, we will notify you in writing with an explanation and an extension period not to exceed 45 additional days.
4. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require a signed permission from you or valid California power of attorney. We may also require the agent to provide government-issued identification verifying your authority.
5. Appeals Process
If we deny your verifiable consumer request, we will explain the reason for the denial. You may appeal our decision by replying to our denial notice or emailing privacy.appeals@1990webarchive.com within 30 days. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days. If your appeal is unsuccessful, you may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
