1990 Web Archive is a digital preservation initiative dedicated to recovering, cataloging, and maintaining access to early internet content (1990–1999). Access to this service is contingent upon acceptance of these terms.

2. Permitted Usage

Users may access, browse, and download archived materials for educational, research, personal, and non-commercial historical purposes. Commercial redistribution requires explicit written authorization from the Archive.

3. Preservation & Copyright Acknowledgment

While the Archive strives to preserve historically significant material, certain content may fall under active copyright or contain sensitive personal data. Users agree to report potentially infringing or unsafe material through our designated disclosure channel.

4. Data & Privacy

Access logs are retained for 30 days to ensure service stability and prevent automated scraping. No personal identifiers are stored unless voluntarily provided. We employ standard encryption for all transmission channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

Archived pages are rendered for historical accuracy and may contain outdated code, broken references, or media formats no longer supported by modern browsers. The Archive is not liable for display anomalies or third-party content embedded within restored pages.

6. Acceptance & Consent
