Hey there and welcome to the 1990 Web Archive! We are dedicated to saving the coolest, craziest, and most historical webpages from the 1990s before they vanish forever. The early web is dying, and we're here to bring it back to life!

This site is your gateway to GeoCities, Angelfire, Tripod, and early commercial websites. We use custom crawlers (running on a Pentium II 350MHz!) to fetch HTML, animated GIFs, MIDI files, and more. If you miss the table layouts, tiled backgrounds, and hit counters, you're in the right place!

How It Works

We use a custom Perl/Python crawler to index pages. Every page is saved with original tags, inline styles (when they existed), and even those annoying background MIDI tracks. If you have a dead link or want to archive your old site, use the SUBMIT SITE form or email us directly!
