- URL Format: Provide the full original URL (including http/https). Subdomains and directories matter.
- Approximate Era: Include any known dates (e.g., "Active ~1996-1999"). We cross-reference with cached snapshots and Wayback gaps.
- Context Notes: If you were the author, had inside knowledge, or found it in a printed directory, share those details. Metadata saves history.
- Copyright & Ethics: We archive for preservation and education. If you encounter sensitive or private content, flag it via our ethical review form.
- Verification: All submissions are reviewed by our curation team. You'll receive a tracking ID and status updates via email.
