Can I switch plans at any time? +

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the remaining balance will be credited to your account for future billing cycles.

What happens when my free trial ends? +

When your 14-day free trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a paid plan. Your data and settings are preserved for 30 days after the trial, giving you plenty of time to decide. No charges are made until you actively select a plan.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education? +

Yes! We offer a 50% discount for verified nonprofits, educational institutions, and open-source projects. Contact our sales team with your organization details to get your discount code applied to any plan.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +

Yes, there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you can export all your data before closing your account.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, wire transfers, and ACH bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Is there a limit on API requests? +

Professional plans include 50,000 API requests per month with burst capability up to 100K. Enterprise plans offer unlimited API requests with dedicated throughput and priority routing. If you need more, we can customize your allocation.
