Third parties may reference Aevum for journalistic, educational, or commentary purposes under fair use principles. Commercial merchandising, domain squatting, or misleading branding will be vigorously defended.

5. AI & Data Usage Policy

Aevum utilizes artificial intelligence to enhance search, translate content, detect plagiarism, and generate study aids. Our AI models are trained exclusively on:

• Publicly licensed open knowledge datasets
• Explicitly consented contributor submissions
• Proprietary editorial data generated by Aevum staff
