Aevum Encyclopedia Review Application Agreement
By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms:
1. Accuracy of Information. You represent that all information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial or revocation of access.
2. Acceptable Use. Access to Aevum Encyclopedia is granted for legitimate educational, research, and personal learning purposes. Commercial redistribution, scraping, or bulk extraction of content is strictly prohibited without a separate licensing agreement.
3. Content Licensing. All content on Aevum Encyclopedia is available under the Aevum Open Knowledge License (AOKL 2.0), which permits sharing and adaptation with proper attribution. Certain premium content may be subject to additional restrictions.
4. Privacy. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Review Process. All applications are reviewed at the discretion of the Aevum Encyclopedia Editorial Board. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the nature of the request, available resources, and verification of credentials.
6. Termination. Aevum Encyclopedia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if the terms of use are violated or if the access is being used for unauthorized purposes.
7. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aevum Encyclopedia is incorporated.
