Scope of Disputes
Our resolution framework covers a wide range of editorial and community issues:

Resolution Process
Submission & Triage
Submit your case through the form below. Our coordination team reviews and categorizes the dispute within 48 hours.
Mediation & Evidence Collection
Parties are invited to share sources, edits, and context. A neutral mediator facilitates dialogue (7–14 days).
Expert Review
Subject-matter experts and senior editors evaluate the evidence against editorial standards and policies.
Decision & Implementation
A binding resolution is published. Articles are updated, reverts are processed, and accounts are adjusted if necessary.
Appeal Window
If new, verifiable evidence emerges, appeals may be filed within 10 days of the decision.
