Investigation: At 14:32 UTC, monitoring detected elevated latency on image resize services. Auto-scaling groups triggered but failed to route traffic properly due to a misconfigured load balancer rule.

Resolution: Engineering rolled back the LB configuration at 14:48 UTC. All endpoints returned to normal latency. A post-mortem is scheduled for Oct 26.

Impact: 12 minutes of degraded performance. No data loss occurred.
