Subprocessors & Third-Party Data Processors
Last Updated: November 15, 2024Aevum News engages certain trusted third-party service providers to assist in delivering our news platform, infrastructure, and related services. These processors operate under strict contractual obligations, including our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), standard contractual clauses (SCCs) where applicable, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations.
This list is current as of the date above. We reserve the right to update this list with 30 days' notice. If you do not consent to any new processor, you may exercise your right to terminate your account via our Privacy Dashboard or by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

Legal & Compliance Notes
- All subprocessors are bound by our Data Processing Agreement and may not further transfer or share your personal data without explicit authorization.
- For data transfers outside the EEA/UK, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), UK International Transfer Addendum (ITA), or adequate transfer mechanisms.
- We conduct periodic security and compliance audits of critical processors. You may request our DPA, SCCs, or processor security questionnaires via the contact below.
- Adding new subprocessors or modifying existing ones will be communicated via this page and, where material, via direct email notice at least 30 days in advance.
- You may opt-out of non-essential processors (e.g., analytics, marketing delivery) by managing your preferences in your account dashboard or by contacting our DPO.
