Security & Retention Framework

Security Framework & Protocols

Aevum Zenth operates under a Zero-Trust Architecture (ZTA) across all 400 subsidiaries and 62 global locations. Security is not a perimeter function but a continuous verification process embedded into every workflow, system, and facility access point.

Critical Directive: All personnel must complete the AZ-CyberBaseline certification annually. Failure to maintain active clearance results in automatic suspension of system and physical access privileges.

Threat Classification & Response Tiers

Level Threat Type Response Protocol Escalation Path
L5 - Critical Data breach, active threat, infrastructure compromise Immediate lockdown, AZ-CIRT activation, legal/PR notification Chief Security Officer → Board Risk Committee
L4 - High Unauthorized access attempt, social engineering, policy violation Account suspension, forensic audit, mandatory retraining Division Security Lead → Global HR Compliance
L3 - Standard Phishing simulation failure, minor config drift, unsecured device Automated remediation, warning ticket, manager notification IT Security Ops → Employee Direct Manager

Access Control & Authentication

Physical and digital access follows the principle of least privilege. All entry points utilize multi-factor authentication (MFA) and biometric verification where applicable.

🔑 Hardware Key Authentication

FIDO2-compliant security keys issued to all L2+ cleared personnel. Keys are bound to individual biometric profiles and automatically revoked upon offboarding.

🏢 Facility Access Tiers

L1: General areas | L2: Restricted labs/offices | L3: R&D & secure server rooms | L4: Executive & classified operations | L5: Neo Geneva Core Vault

🌐 Network Segmentation

Micro-segmented VLANs per division. Cross-divisional data transfer requires explicit approval via the ZenthGate portal and encryption verification.

👤 Visitor & Contractor Protocol

All third parties receive time-bound, scoped credentials. Escort requirements apply for L3+ zones. Daily audit logs retained for 7 years.

Data Governance & Compliance

As a multidivisional enterprise handling sensitive health, financial, aerospace, and energy data, Aevum Zenth enforces strict data classification and cross-border transfer controls.

Data Classification Standards

  • Public: Marketing materials, press releases, open-source research
  • Internal: Org charts, meeting notes, non-sensitive operational docs
  • Confidential: Financial models, client contracts, employee records, unpatented IP
  • Restricted: Government defense data, fusion research parameters, board strategies, medical trial data

All Restricted and Confidential data must be encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Post-quantum cryptographic migration is scheduled for Q3 2026 across core financial and aerospace systems.

Compliance Note: AZ maintains SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and ITAR certifications. Division-specific audits occur quarterly. Non-compliance results in immediate escalation to the Office of the General Counsel.
