12 Changes to This Policy

Aevum Zenth Conglomerate is committed to transparency, regulatory compliance, and user safety. As we expand across 400 subsidiaries in 62 countries and integrate advanced cross-divisional AI systems, we are implementing 12 targeted updates to our Terms of Service & User Policy. These changes take effect on March 15, 2026. Please review the details below to understand how they apply to your account and operations.

01Section 4.2 • Data Processing

Cross-Divisional AI Data Integration

User interaction data will now be securely routed through Zenth's centralized AI inference network to improve cross-platform service accuracy, anomaly detection, and automated compliance screening.

Impact: Moderate (Technical Infrastructure)
02Section 1.5 • Global Compliance

Data Sovereignty & Regional Localization

In alignment with updated EU Data Act frameworks and emerging APAC privacy mandates, all user data will be geo-fenced to its jurisdiction of origin. Cross-border transfers now require explicit user consent.

Impact: High (Privacy & Consent)
03Section 6.1 • Security

Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

All enterprise and premium consumer accounts must enable hardware-backed or app-based MFA within 30 days of the effective date. SMS-based 2FA will be deprecated for elevated access tiers.

Impact: High (Account Security)
04Section 9.3 • Intellectual Property

AI-Generated Content Licensing

Content created through Aevum Zenth AI suites will carry a standardized commercial license. Users retain ownership but grant Aevum Zenth a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to refine and distribute derivative models.

Impact: Moderate (Legal & Licensing)
05Section 11.8 • Service Continuity

Dynamic SLA Adjustments for Autonomous Systems

Uptime guarantees for AI-driven logistics, energy grid, and healthcare monitoring divisions will be recalibrated to reflect predictive maintenance windows. Downtime for scheduled optimization will no longer count against SLA penalties.

Impact: Low (Service Terms)
06Section 2.4 • Liability Framework

Subsidiary Liability Ring-Fencing

To protect group-wide financial stability, liability caps are now strictly applied at the subsidiary level. Cross-contamination of legal exposure between Aevum Zenth divisions is formally prohibited per corporate charter amendments.

Impact: Moderate (Legal Structure)
07Section 7.2 • Billing & Refunds

Automated Proration & Cancellation Workflows

New automated billing algorithms will calculate proration in real-time. Subscription cancellations now process refunds within 3-5 business days, replacing the previous 14-30 day manual review cycle.

Impact: Low (Administrative)
08Section 14.1 • Accessibility

WCAG 3.0 & Screen Reader Compliance

All digital touchpoints must meet WCAG 3.0 AA standards by Q3 2026. This includes mandatory ARIA labeling, dynamic contrast toggles, and voice-command navigation across all Zenth-branded platforms.

Impact: Low (Design & UX)
09Section 5.9 • Export Controls

International Sanctions & Export Compliance

Service availability in restricted jurisdictions will be dynamically enforced via real-time OFAC, UN, and EU sanctions lists. Accounts in flagged regions will be temporarily suspended pending legal review.

Impact: Moderate (Geographic Access)
10Section 18.4 • Emergency Protocols

Critical Incident Transparency & Disclaimers

Aevum Zenth will publish automated incident reports within 48 hours of major infrastructure or security events. Force majeure clauses now explicitly cover coordinated cyber-physical threats and supply chain collapse.

Impact: Low (Communication)
11Section 3.6 • Data Retention

Extended Retention Periods for Compliance

Inactive account data will be retained for 7 years (up from 3) to satisfy global financial auditing, tax, and regulatory retention mandates. Users may request early purging via the Data Management Portal.

Impact: Moderate (Data Policy)
12Section 10.1 • User Rights

Simplified Opt-Out & Right to be Forgotten

A unified "Data Control Center" will allow instant opt-out of marketing, analytics, and cross-divisional profiling. Fully anonymized or purged data requests will now process within 14 days across all subsidiaries.

Impact: High (User Control)
