  • Tolerating or ignoring observed misconduct (bystander inaction is not permitted).

8. Compliance & Acknowledgment

All employees, contractors, and representatives are required to read, understand, and comply with this Workplace Conduct policy. Ignorance of these standards does not exempt individuals from accountability.

  • Annual compliance training is mandatory and must be completed by March 31 each year.
  • Violations may result in corrective action, including coaching, suspension, or termination, depending on severity.
  • Cross-divisional incidents are coordinated by the Global Compliance Office to ensure consistent resolution.
