1. Overview & Purpose

Aevum Zenth Conglomerate ("Aevum Zenth", "we", "our", or "us") provides a vast ecosystem of digital platforms, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, AI services, physical facilities, and integrated supply chain networks. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the standards, expectations, and legal boundaries governing how authorized users, partners, vendors, and third parties may interact with our services and infrastructure.

By accessing, utilizing, or interacting with any Aevum Zenth service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this AUP. Continued use following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies globally to all individuals, entities, automated systems, and AI agents operating within or interfacing with the Aevum Zenth corporate network. Coverage includes but is not limited to:

  • Enterprise cloud platforms (Zenth Cloud, Aevum Compute)
  • AI/ML inference and training environments
  • IoT device telemetry and edge computing nodes
  • Internal and partner-facing API gateways
  • Physical facilities, logistics hubs, and manufacturing plants
  • Financial services terminals and trading interfaces

All users must comply with both this AUP and applicable local, national, and international regulations governing data sovereignty, export controls, and industry-specific mandates.

3. Permitted Uses

Authorized accounts may utilize Aevum Zenth services for lawful business operations, research, development, and authorized third-party integrations. Permitted activities include:

  • Deploying production and staging workloads within allocated resource quotas
  • Processing, storing, and analyzing data in accordance with documented data classification standards
  • Utilizing AI/ML models for approved enterprise, scientific, or commercial applications
  • Integrating with published APIs using valid authentication credentials
  • Conducting authorized security assessments under explicit written agreement

4. Prohibited Activities

Under no circumstances may users engage in activities that compromise system integrity, violate applicable law, or infringe upon third-party rights. Strictly prohibited actions include:

  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to bypass authentication, exploit vulnerabilities, or access data outside your permission scope
  • Malicious Software: Uploading, distributing, or executing malware, ransomware, cryptominers, or exploit frameworks
  • Content Violations: Hosting or transmitting illegal content, hate speech, non-consensual media, or sanctioned material
  • Resource Abuse: Network scanning, DDoS participation, brute-force attacks, or excessive quota consumption without prior approval
  • AI Misuse: Generating deepfakes for deception, automating harassment, or training models on unlawfully obtained datasets
  • Commercial Restrictions: Reselling, subletting, or white-labeling Aevum Zenth services without an explicit licensing agreement
⚠️ Zero Tolerance

Violations involving national security systems, financial infrastructure, or critical manufacturing control systems will result in immediate account suspension, asset seizure where permitted by law, and referral to appropriate legal authorities.

5. Security & Compliance Obligations

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials and deployed assets. Aevum Zenth requires adherence to the following security baselines:

  1. Enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all privileged and standard accounts
  2. Implement encryption at rest and in transit for sensitive data (AES-256 / TLS 1.3 minimum)
  3. Maintain up-to-date patch management and vulnerability remediation within SLA windows
  4. Report security incidents, data breaches, or suspected compromises within 24 hours of discovery
  5. Comply with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and industry-specific frameworks as applicable to your division

6. Intellectual Property & Data Rights

All Aevum Zenth proprietary software, APIs, design assets, documentation, and underlying infrastructure remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate. Users retain ownership of their input data and output artifacts, provided they do not incorporate Aevum Zenth copyrighted material or violate third-party IP rights.

By processing data through Aevum Zenth AI and compute services, users grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely for service operation, debugging, and safety monitoring. We do not train foundational models on customer data without explicit, opt-in consent.

7. Monitoring & Enforcement

Aevum Zenth employs automated compliance engines, heuristic threat detection, and periodic human audits to enforce this AUP. We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor traffic patterns and resource utilization for anomalous behavior
  • Throttle, suspend, or terminate services for policy violations
  • Preserve logs and forensic data for legal proceedings
  • Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies under valid legal process

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent exclusion from all Aevum Zenth services and contractual penalties as defined in your Master Service Agreement.

8. Amendments

Aevum Zenth may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect technological advancements, regulatory changes, or risk management requirements. Material amendments will be communicated via email, platform notifications, and the official legal repository at least 30 days prior to enforcement. Non-material corrections take effect immediately upon publication.
