Our Data Retention Principles

At Aevum Zenth, we believe that trust is built on transparency and responsibility. Our Data Retention Policy defines how long we store personal and operational data, the criteria used for determining retention periods, and our procedures for secure data archiving and deletion.

This policy applies to all divisions, including Aevum Energy, Zenth Digital, Aevum Aerospace, Zenth Health Sciences, Aevum Capital, and all associated subsidiaries globally. Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, meet legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Stored during active use plus 7 years for post-termination obligations.

Data Security & Purging Procedures

When data reaches the end of its retention period, it is securely purged from active systems using NIST 800-88 compliant sanitization methods. In cases where data must be preserved beyond standard retention for legal hold or regulatory requirements, it is migrated to cold storage with restricted access controls.
