Permitted Use Policy

This Permitted Use Policy ("Policy") governs the authorization, scope, and conditions under which individuals, organizations, partners, and third parties may access, utilize, integrate with, or derive value from Aevum Zenth Conglomerate's digital platforms, APIs, proprietary technologies, research outputs, commercial services, and related intellectual property (collectively, "Aevum Zenth Assets").

Important: Access to or use of any Aevum Zenth Asset constitutes acknowledgment of, and agreement to be bound by, this Policy. If you do not have authority to bind your organization to these terms, do not proceed with use or access.

1. Scope & Authorization Framework

Aevum Zenth Assets are distributed under a tiered authorization model. Permitted use is strictly contingent upon:

Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or circumvention of authentication mechanisms is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access, civil liability, and criminal prosecution where applicable.

2. Permitted Use Categories

The following use cases are expressly authorized, subject to the terms of your governing agreement:

Commercial Integration Embedding Aevum Zenth APIs, models, or services into third-party commercial products with proper licensing and attribution. ✓ Permitted
Internal Enterprise Operations Use of Aevum Zenth software, data feeds, or hardware for internal workflow optimization, analytics, or infrastructure management. ✓ Permitted
Academic & Research Non-commercial study, peer-reviewed publication, or educational demonstrations using publicly documented or sandboxed Aevum Zenth resources. ⚠ Conditional
Strategic Partnerships Joint development, co-marketing, or ecosystem expansion activities executed under a signed Aevum Zenth Partner Agreement. ✓ Permitted
Resale or Redistribution Repurposing, white-labeling, or commercial redistribution of Aevum Zenth Assets without explicit written consent. ✗ Prohibited
Automated Scraping / Data Mining Systematic extraction of proprietary datasets, model weights, or platform metadata outside designated API endpoints. ✗ Prohibited

3. Intellectual Property & Licensing Terms

3.1 Ownership

All Aevum Zenth Assets, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, documentation, trademarks, design patents, research publications, and derivative outputs generated via Aevum Zenth systems, remain the exclusive property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate and its affiliated subsidiaries.

3.2 Limited License Grant

Upon compliance with this Policy and execution of applicable agreements, Aevum Zenth grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use specified Assets solely for the Authorized Use Case(s) outlined in your contract. No implied licenses are granted.

3.3 Attribution & Branding

Any public-facing use of Aevum Zenth technologies must include proper attribution: "Powered by Aevum Zenth Technologies" unless explicitly waived. Unauthorized modification of trademarks, logos, or certification marks is strictly forbidden.

4. Compliance, Auditing & Enforcement

Aevum Zenth reserves the right to:

  1. Monitor usage patterns, API call volumes, and system integration compliance through automated telemetry and manual review
  2. Request periodic compliance audits or submit usage reports from licensees
  3. Suspend, throttle, or permanently revoke access upon detection of Policy violations, security breaches, or contractual non-performance
  4. Cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or intellectual property enforcement agencies to investigate misuse

Violations may result in immediate access termination, financial penalties as stipulated in your agreement, and pursuit of injunctive or monetary relief in applicable courts.

5. Policy Updates & Governing Law

Aevum Zenth may modify this Policy to reflect technological advancements, regulatory changes, or operational requirements. Material updates will be communicated via official channels at least 30 days prior to enforcement. Continued use following notice constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with exclusive jurisdiction residing in the canton of Geneva, except where expressly superseded by international treaty or mandatory local regulation.
