Under GDPR Article 33, CCPA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations, certain breaches must be reported within 72 hours of discovery. If you are an internal employee or contractor and have discovered a potential breach, immediate reporting is mandatory per our internal security policy.

Severity Classification
Our incident response team will classify your report according to the following severity matrix:
Critical (P1)
Active exploitation, mass data exfiltration, ransomware affecting production systems, or any breach impacting personally identifiable information (PII) of more than 1,000 individuals. Response: Immediate, within 1 hour.
High (P2)
Confirmed unauthorized access to sensitive systems, targeted attacks on executive or finance infrastructure, or breach of regulated data under 1,000 records. Response: Within 4 hours.
Medium (P3)
Suspected intrusion without confirmed data loss, phishing campaigns targeting employees, or vulnerability disclosures with potential exploitation risk. Response: Within 24 hours.
Low (P4)
Security policy violations, minor configuration errors, or potential risks that have been mitigated. Response: Within 72 hours.
Our Response Process
Once you submit a breach report, our Security Operations Center (SOC) follows this structured response protocol:
Step 1 â Immediate
Report Received & Acknowledged
Your submission is logged in our incident tracking system. You receive an automatic confirmation with a unique case ID within 15 minutes.
Step 2 â Within 1 Hour
Triage & Severity Classification
A senior SOC analyst reviews the report, determines severity level, and assigns the appropriate response team based on the affected division(s).
Step 3 â Within 4 Hours
Investigation Initiated
Forensic analysis begins. Affected systems are isolated if necessary. Legal and compliance teams are notified for regulated data incidents.
Step 4 â Ongoing
Containment & Eradication
Active threats are contained. Vulnerabilities are patched. Compromised credentials are rotated. Affected stakeholders are identified.
Step 5 â Within 72 Hours
Regulatory Notifications
If required by GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or other applicable laws, regulatory bodies and affected individuals are notified per legal requirements.
Step 6 â Post-Incident
Resolution & Report
A full incident report is compiled and shared with the reporter (where legally permissible). Lessons learned are integrated into security protocols.

Yes. Aevum Zenth accepts anonymous breach reports. While providing contact information helps our team investigate more effectively, it is not mandatory. Anonymous reporters will receive a case ID to track the status of their report.
We strongly encourage reporting potential vulnerabilities even if no breach has occurred. Aevum Zenth operates a responsible disclosure program and may compensate security researchers for valid vulnerability disclosures. Use the same form and select the appropriate severity level.
Timeline depends on severity and complexity. Critical incidents are addressed within hours. Medium and low severity reports may take several days to weeks for full resolution. You will receive status updates at key milestones throughout the investigation.

Aevum Zenth has a strict anti-retaliation policy. Any employee, contractor, or partner who reports a security concern in good faith is protected from retaliation, discrimination, or adverse employment action. Violations of this policy result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
