Whistleblower Protections & Non-Retaliation
Aevum Zenth strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports a concern in good faith. This protection extends to all employees, contractors, vendors, and third parties.
Zero-Tolerance Anti-Retaliation Policy
Adverse employment actions, including termination, demotion, harassment, or scheduling changes in response to a report, are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate disciplinary action.
Confidentiality & Anonymity
Report identity is protected under strict data handling protocols. Anonymous reports are processed identically to identified reports, with outcomes communicated through secure callback channels if requested.
Legal & Financial Protections
Qualifying whistleblowers may be eligible for statutory rewards under applicable jurisdictions. The company provides legal assistance and support networks for individuals facing external pressure.
Third-Party Oversight
All investigations are overseen by an independent Compliance Board with external legal counsel. Internal HR or divisional management cannot unilaterally access reporter identities.
Investigation Process
All reports undergo a standardized, auditable workflow designed to ensure fairness, thoroughness, and regulatory compliance.
Intake & Triage
Reports are received via encrypted channels and assigned a unique case ID. Initial risk assessment determines urgency and investigative scope.
Investigation Launch
Assigned compliance officers or external forensic investigators gather evidence, interview relevant parties, and review documentation. All actions are logged.
Analysis & Determination
Findings are evaluated against company policy and applicable law. A determination of substantiated, unsubstantiated, or unfounded is documented.
Resolution & Reporting
Disciplinary or corrective actions are implemented. Regulators are notified if legally required. Reporters receive closure notifications via their chosen channel.
