01 Purpose & Objective

This document establishes the formal boundaries, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and governance structure for the Cross-Divisional Integration Framework initiative. It serves as the single source of truth for project scope, stakeholder responsibilities, and quality assurance benchmarks across all participating Aevum Zenth subsidiaries.

02 Scope of Work

  • Implementation of standardized API gateways and middleware infrastructure
  • Deployment of cross-divisional compliance & security audit protocols
  • Staff training programs and operational handover documentation
  • Phase I-II migration testing and performance benchmarking

✕ Out-of-Scope

  • Hardware procurement for third-party vendor environments
  • Legacy system decommissioning prior to Q2 2025
  • International regulatory compliance outside EMEA & APAC regions
  • Custom UI/UX redesigns for internal dashboards
  • Post-go-live warranty beyond 90-day transition period

03 Acceptance Criteria & Process

Technical Validation

All integrated endpoints must pass automated test suites with ≥99.4% success rate and sub-200ms latency under peak load.

Compliance & Security Audit

Independent third-party penetration testing and SOC 2 Type II compliance verification required before deployment sign-off.

Stakeholder Review

Division leads must submit written acceptance forms. Disputes escalate to the Aevum Zenth Governance Committee within 5 business days.

Production Handover

Final deployment authorized only after zero critical defects, documented rollback procedures, and 14-day staging period completion.

05 Change Management & Revisions

Any modification to the scope, timeline, or deliverables outlined in this document must be submitted via the Aevum Zenth Change Request Form (AZ-CRF-04). Requests undergo impact analysis, budget review, and require dual-authorization from both the originating division lead and the Program Steering Committee. Approved changes will trigger a version update and formal notification to all stakeholders.
