Eligibility Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.

Experience

0-3 years post-graduation. Internships, co-ops, or research experience highly valued.

Skills

Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, cross-cultural communication, and strategic problem-solving.

Availability

Willingness to relocate internationally and commit to the full 24-month program duration.
