By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any platform, product, subsidiary service, or interface operated by Aevum Zenth Conglomerate or its affiliated entities (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service v4.0.0 (the "Agreement").

This document constitutes a legally archived snapshot of the terms effective as of March 15, 2025. Continued use of our Services following any subsequent updates constitutes acceptance of the then-current version, though this archived version remains binding for transactions, contracts, or sessions initiated during its effective window.

Art. 02

Definitions & Interpretation

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings specified:

  • "Conglomerate" refers to Aevum Zenth Conglomerate and its network of 400+ subsidiaries, divisions, and joint ventures.
  • "User" refers to any individual, entity, corporation, or autonomous system interacting with our Services.
  • "Services" encompasses all digital platforms, APIs, physical facilities, financial instruments, industrial operations, and proprietary interfaces provided by the Conglomerate.
  • "Data" includes all structured, unstructured, telemetry, biometric, transactional, and environmental information processed or stored by our systems.

Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation. Where conflicts arise between division-specific terms and this master Agreement, the division-specific terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Art. 03

Service Overview & Divisions

Aevum Zenth operates across a multidivisional portfolio. Access to specific verticals may require additional compliance verification, licensing, or jurisdictional approval. Primary divisions include:

  1. Energy & Power: Grid infrastructure, renewable generation, fusion research, and storage networks.
  2. Digital Systems: Enterprise AI, quantum computing, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  3. Aerospace & Defense: Satellite deployment, propulsion research, and orbital manufacturing.
  4. Health Sciences: Pharmaceutical R&D, genomic sequencing, and precision medical devices.
  5. Capital Group: Investment banking, venture syndicates, and algorithmic wealth management.

Users must comply with division-specific operational protocols. Cross-divisional service requests are subject to internal routing and may incur additional latency or verification steps.

Art. 04

User Obligations & Compliance

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and legally verifiable identification where required.
  • Utilize Services strictly in accordance with applicable local, national, and international laws.
  • Refrain from reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to bypass authentication, rate limiting, or encryption layers.
  • Immediately report any unauthorized access, data anomalies, or security vulnerabilities to security@aevumzenth.com.

Violations may result in service suspension, legal action, or referral to regulatory bodies depending on jurisdiction.

Art. 05

Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, hardware designs, brand assets, patents, trademarks, and proprietary methodologies accessible through the Services remain the exclusive property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate and its licensing partners.

Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licenses are granted solely for the purpose of authorized interaction. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercialization without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

Art. 06

Data, Privacy & Security

Data collection, processing, and retention are governed by our Global Privacy Framework v2.4. We employ zero-trust architecture, end-to-end encryption, and continuous threat monitoring across all divisions.

Users retain ownership of their submitted data. By engaging with our Services, you consent to data processing necessary for service delivery, compliance, and system optimization. Cross-border data transfers comply with GDPR, CCPA, and regional equivalents.

Art. 07

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aevum Zenth Conglomerate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damages; thus, some provisions may not apply.

Art. 08

Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or regulatory mandate. Notice will be provided where legally required, though emergency suspension may occur without prior warning.

Upon termination, all licenses granted herein immediately cease. Users must cease all use of proprietary systems and securely destroy or return any confidential materials.

Art. 09

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant division operates, with primary reference to Neo Geneva corporate statutes for cross-divisional matters.

Disputes shall first undergo mandatory mediation. If unresolved within 45 days, parties agree to binding arbitration under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules. Class action waivers apply where permitted by law.

Art. 10

Amendments & Archive Policy

Aevum Zenth maintains a versioned archive of all public legal documents. Historical versions remain accessible for audit, compliance, and reference purposes. Active users are automatically bound by the latest published version upon continued use.

Substantive amendments will be communicated via platform notices, email, or division-specific compliance channels. The archive preserves the exact state of terms as of the effective date, ensuring legal continuity and regulatory transparency.
