01. Welcome from Executive Leadership

You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship from sector leaders, and exposure to cross-divisional innovation.

02. Program Overview
The Aevum Zenth Graduate Program is a 24-month rotational leadership development initiative open to recent graduates and final-year students across engineering, business, technology, healthcare, and scientific disciplines.
- Duration: 24 months (12-month core rotation + 12-month specialization)
- Cohort Size: Limited to 120 candidates globally per cycle
- Locations: Primary hubs in Neo Geneva, New York, London, Tokyo, Singapore, and Dubai
- Eligibility: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduation within the last 12 months or expected within 6 months
03. Structure & Rotational Framework
The program follows a phased approach designed to build both breadth and depth:
Phase 1: Immersion (Months 1–3)
Onboarding, safety & compliance training, introductory projects across 2 divisions, and mentorship pairing.
Phase 2: Core Rotations (Months 4–12)
Two 4-month operational rotations in different sectors. You will lead a capstone project with measurable business impact.
Phase 3: Specialization (Months 13–18)
Deep-dive into your chosen track with advanced technical training, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder presentations.
Phase 4: Leadership Track (Months 19–24)
Strategic initiative ownership, executive shadowing, and final graduation assessment for permanent placement.
04. Specialization Tracks
Graduates select one primary track during Phase 3, aligned with divisional needs and personal expertise:
- Energy & Infrastructure: Grid modernization, renewable integration, project engineering
- Digital & AI Systems: Cloud architecture, machine learning operations, cybersecurity
- Aerospace & Defense: Systems engineering, mission operations, supply chain optimization
- Health Sciences & Biotech: Clinical operations, regulatory strategy, health data analytics
- Capital & Financial Services: Investment analysis, fintech product development, risk modeling
- Operations & Global Logistics: Supply chain automation, maritime/air freight optimization, warehouse AI
05. Application Timeline & Process

The process includes a cognitive aptitude test, technical screening, behavioral interviews, and a divisional case study. All stages are conducted virtually with regional scheduling accommodations.
06. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary
Competitive global compensation adjusted for location, ranging from $68,000 to $95,000 USD annually.
Performance Bonus
Up to 15% annual bonus based on individual, team, and divisional KPIs.
Relocation & Housing
Full relocation package, temporary housing stipend, and visa sponsorship where applicable.
Wellness & Growth
