Narrative Director - AI

The Role

We are seeking a visionary Narrative Director - AI to architect and lead the storytelling ecosystem across Aevum Zenth’s artificial intelligence initiatives. In a company where technology intersects with every facet of human industry, your work will shape how 400+ subsidiaries, millions of users, and global stakeholders understand, trust, and engage with AI.

This is not a traditional content role. You will sit at the convergence of advanced AI R&D, corporate strategy, and creative direction, translating complex machine learning paradigms into compelling, ethical, and scalable narratives that drive adoption, innovation, and brand cohesion worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the overarching narrative framework for Aevum Zenth’s AI products, services, and research publications across all divisions.
• Collaborate directly with AI/ML engineers, ethicists, and product leads to ensure technical accuracy while maintaining accessibility and emotional resonance.
• Lead cross-functional creative teams to produce long-form strategy documents, executive communications, product launch narratives, and public-facing AI thought leadership.
• Establish narrative guardrails and ethical storytelling standards that align with global AI compliance and responsible innovation principles.
• Develop interactive and generative content pipelines, leveraging AI-assisted tools to scale personalized storytelling at enterprise level.
• Present narrative strategies to the Executive Board and oversee execution across 62 countries and multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in narrative design, content strategy, or brand storytelling within deep-tech, AI, or multidivisional corporate environments.
• Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences (C-suite, developers, consumers, regulators).
• Strong working knowledge of AI/ML landscapes, including LLMs, generative systems, autonomous agents, and ethical AI frameworks.
• Experience managing global creative teams, external agencies, and cross-divisional stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating large-scale narrative campaigns, technical storytelling, or AI-driven content ecosystems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages highly valued.
