Present a scalable solution to the Executive Board. Final performance evaluation, IP documentation, and conversion offer negotiation.
Who We're Looking For
High performers with demonstrated technical excellence and a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
✅ Core Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Biology, or Finance
- 2–5 years of relevant professional or research experience
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or equivalent technical stacks
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects

- Experience in global or multicultural teams
- Published research, patents, or open-source contributions
- Fluency in a second language (preferred, not required)
- Willingness to relocate for 12-month program duration
