Exclusion of Consequential Damages

1. Purpose & Scope

This policy establishes the standard framework under which Aevum Zenth Conglomerate ("Aevum Zenth," the "Company," or "we") excludes liability for consequential, indirect, special, incidental, or punitive damages across all commercial engagements, subsidiary operations, service agreements, licensing arrangements, and procurement contracts. This policy applies globally to all subsidiaries and affiliated entities unless explicitly overridden by mandatory statutory requirements.

2. General Exclusion Clause

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aevum Zenth, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if Aevum Zenth has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All counterparties, vendors, clients, and partners must provide written acknowledgment of this exclusion during the contracting process. Failure to explicitly acknowledge this provision may result in revised commercial terms, adjusted pricing structures, or contract termination pursuant to applicable governance protocols.

This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the executed agreement. In the absence of a specified governing law, the default jurisdiction shall be Neo Geneva, under the Principles of International Commercial Contracts. All disputes arising from the interpretation or application of this exclusion shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts specified in the primary commercial agreement.

Aevum Zenth reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time. Updates will be communicated to active counterparties through legal notices, contract addendums, or the official Aevum Zenth compliance portal. Continued engagement with the Company following notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
