Code of Conduct & Guidelines

Mandatory reading for all employees, contractors, board members, and subsidiary leadership.

Zero tolerance for facilitation payments, kickbacks, or improper influence. All government interactions must be pre-approved through the Legal & Compliance portal. Third-party due diligence is mandatory before engagement.
Employees must disclose personal, financial, or familial relationships that could impair objective decision-making. Gifts, entertainment, and outside directorships are subject to strict thresholds and prior authorization.
Personal data is treated as a protected asset. Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and regional frameworks is enforced. Unauthorized access, leakage, or misuse of proprietary information constitutes immediate disciplinary action.
Aevum Zenth fosters an inclusive environment free from discrimination, retaliation, or intimidation. Zero-tolerance policies apply to all forms of harassment. Managers are trained in de-escalation and supportive intervention.
