How to Submit a Request
Follow these steps to submit a data subject access request (DSAR) or privacy preference update:
Identify the Relevant Division
Specify which Aevum Zenth division, product, or service holds the data you wish to manage (e.g., Zenth Digital Systems, Aevum Capital Group).
Submit Your Request
Use our secure privacy portal, email our Data Protection Officer, or complete the attached DSAR form. Clearly state which right you are exercising.
Verify Your Identity
For security, we require reasonable verification (e.g., government ID, account credentials) to prevent unauthorized access.
Receive Confirmation & Processing
You’ll receive an acknowledgment within 5 business days. We aim to respond within 30 days, with extensions for complex requests.
Note: Aevum Zenth may request additional information if your request is vague, or if we need to verify your identity to protect your privacy. We do not charge fees for standard requests.
Special Circumstances
If you are a child under 16, a legal guardian, or acting on behalf of a deceased individual, please include documentation of your authority. Requests related to employee data are handled separately through our HR compliance division.
