We are committed to upholding internationally recognized human rights standards, including the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, board members, and third-party partners operating under the Aevum Zenth name. We integrate human rights due diligence into our core business strategy, risk management frameworks, and operational decision-making processes.

Our human rights framework is built upon six non-negotiable principles that govern how we conduct business worldwide:

Supply Chain & Third-Party Standards

Human rights obligations extend beyond our direct operations. All suppliers, contractors, and joint-venture partners must adhere to the Aevum Zenth Supplier Code of Conduct, which incorporates this human rights policy.

We conduct regular third-party audits, risk assessments, and capacity-building programs to ensure compliance. Suppliers found in violation of human rights standards will be subject to corrective action plans, suspension, or contract termination depending on the severity and recurrence of violations.

Grievance & Reporting Mechanism

We maintain a secure, confidential, and accessible grievance mechanism for employees, contractors, suppliers, and community members to report potential human rights violations or unethical conduct.

Oversight & Accountability

The Board of Directors retains ultimate responsibility for human rights governance through the Governance & Sustainability Committee. Senior leadership is accountable for policy implementation, while divisional compliance officers monitor day-to-day adherence.

Progress is measured against internationally recognized metrics and reported annually in our Integrated Sustainability Report. Third-party verification audits are conducted biennially to validate compliance across high-risk operational regions.
