Who is eligible to apply?
We accept current undergrads, grads, and recent graduates (within 12 months) pursuing degrees in STEM, Business, Design, or related fields. All skill levels welcome.
Are positions remote or onsite?
Most tracks offer hybrid or fully remote options. Aerospace and Energy roles require onsite presence due to lab/facility access. Relocation support is provided.
What is the compensation structure?
Interns receive a $4,200/month stipend, housing allowance (if applicable), full health coverage, meal credits, and a completion bonus upon successful project delivery.
Can I switch divisions after starting?
Yes. Our internal mobility framework allows interns to audit projects in other divisions. If capacity aligns, mid-program transfers are approved by division leads.
When is the deadline?
Rolling admissions. Summer 2026 closes January 15, 2026. Fall 2026 closes June 1, 2026. Early applicants receive priority placement and faster feedback.
