All software, digital media, documentation, engineering schematics, marketing assets, and published content produced by or licensed to Aevum Zenth are protected under applicable copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display is strictly prohibited.

DMCA / Digital Millennium Copyright Act: We comply with all requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512 and equivalent safe harbor provisions globally. Valid infringement notices will be processed promptly, and repeat infringers may be subject to account termination, service restriction, or legal action.

🌐 Third-Party & Partner Obligations

All vendors, contractors, joint venture partners, and distributors must comply with this policy. Contractual agreements with Aevum Zenth entities include explicit IP protection clauses, audit rights, and indemnification requirements for unauthorized third-party disclosures or infringements.

⚖️ Governing Law & Amendments

This policy is governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with supplemental application of the Berne Convention, WIPO Copyright Treaty, and TRIPS Agreement where internationally enforced.
