• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our networks, systems, or infrastructure.
• Use automated means (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access our digital platforms without prior written consent.

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, software, methodologies, research data, and proprietary systems available through Aevum Zenth are owned exclusively by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Swiss Confederation, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within sixty (60) days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Geneva, Switzerland. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or consolidated proceedings.

Aevum Zenth reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, replace, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our official website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
