Aevum Zenth is committed to protecting its intellectual property while fostering responsible innovation. Our IP framework governs the development, registration, licensing, and enforcement of patents, trademarks, and trade secrets across all subsidiaries.

Licensing Framework

Third parties may request non-exclusive licenses for select patented technologies under our standard commercial terms. All licensing inquiries are evaluated by the Corporate IP Office based on strategic alignment, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

Infringement & Enforcement

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering of Aevum Zenth patented technologies is strictly prohibited. We enforce IP rights through administrative, civil, and, where necessary, judicial channels. Fair use and prior art exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Open Innovation & Joint Development

We actively partner with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia under structured R&D agreements. Co-development projects are governed by predefined IP ownership matrices and publication embargoes where required.
