1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any website, digital platform, product, or service operated by Aevum Zenth Conglomerate or its affiliated subsidiaries (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aevum Zenth. Certain divisions may impose additional terms specific to their services; in the event of a conflict, the more specific terms shall prevail.

2. Definitions & Scope

Aevum Zenth refers to the parent conglomerate and its network of 400+ subsidiaries spanning energy, technology, aerospace, healthcare, financial services, real estate, agriculture, logistics, media, infrastructure, research, and robotics.

Services encompasses all digital properties, APIs, client portals, e-commerce platforms, B2B interfaces, documentation, and associated software provided under the Aevum Zenth brand or its divisional subsidiaries.

These terms apply globally to all users, regardless of jurisdiction, and govern access to informational resources, transactional systems, and proprietary technology interfaces.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content hosted on or transmitted through Aevum Zenth Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, is the exclusive property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate or its content suppliers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or lawful business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without prior written consent from Aevum Zenth Legal Counsel.

4. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You explicitly agree not to:

• Use automated systems, scrapers, bots, or spiders to access, collect, or extract data without explicit API authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components provided through the Services.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or disruptive code into Aevum Zenth systems or third-party infrastructure integrated with our platforms.
• Use the Services to facilitate fraud, money laundering, unauthorized financial transactions, or sanctions evasion.
• Impersonate any Aevum Zenth employee, division, or authorized partner.

Aevum Zenth reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion for any conduct deemed harmful, abusive, or in violation of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aevum Zenth Conglomerate, its directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business continuity, or opportunity, arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aevum Zenth Conglomerate and its related entities from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your breach of applicable laws or regulations.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Swiss Confederation, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Aevum Zenth maintains its global corporate headquarters in Neo Geneva, which shall serve as the primary jurisdiction for contractual matters.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Geneva, Switzerland, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

8. Amendments & Updates

Aevum Zenth reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via electronic notice, platform banners, or direct correspondence at least 30 days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Services following the posting of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
