Executive Summary
Aevum Zenth delivered strong top-line and bottom-line growth in Q3 2025, driven by accelerated adoption across our Digital Systems and Aerospace divisions. Revenue increased 14.2% year-over-year to $24.8 billion, exceeding consensus estimates by 6.8%. Operating leverage from strategic automation initiatives and disciplined capex management expanded operating margins by 210 basis points to 18.7%.
Free cash flow generation reached $4.1 billion, enabling us to repurchase $1.2 billion in common stock and increase our quarterly dividend by 8% to $0.42 per share. The conglomerate continues to execute its multi-year transformation roadmap, with cross-divisional synergies now contributing an estimated $900M in annualized cost savings.
Looking ahead, macroeconomic stability and favorable regulatory tailwinds support our full-year guidance. We remain committed to funding high-return R&D initiatives across fusion energy, quantum computing, and autonomous logistics while maintaining industry-leading balance sheet discipline.
