Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: March 15, 2026

1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Aevum Zenth Conglomerate. These Terms of Enrollment ("Terms") govern your participation in any Aevum Zenth program, service, partnership initiative, training pathway, or subscription offering (collectively, the "Program"). By initiating enrollment, accessing program materials, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and applicable Program-Specific Guidelines.

Aevum Zenth operates across multiple global divisions. Certain Programs may be administered by specific subsidiaries; where division-specific rules apply, they will be clearly disclosed during enrollment and form an integral part of these Terms.
