# Purpose & Scope

These Terms of Investor Access (the "Terms") govern your access to, and use of, the Aevum Zenth Conglomerate Investor Relations Portal, associated data feeds, subscription services, and any confidential materials provided therein (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that Aevum Zenth Conglomerate ("Aevum Zenth", "we", "our", or "the Company") operates as a multidivisional enterprise across 400+ subsidiaries and that the Platform is restricted to authorized, verified participants.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Investor") and Aevum Zenth Conglomerate. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access and terminate your session.

# Accreditation & Eligibility

Access to non-public financial data, forward-looking projections, and proprietary market analysis is strictly limited to qualified participants. You represent and warrant that you meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Accredited Investor Status: As defined under applicable securities regulations (e.g., SEC Rule 501, EU Prospectus Regulation, or equivalent jurisdictional standards).
• Institutional License: Authorized representative of a bank, insurance company, pension fund, or registered investment advisor.
• Pre-Approved Partnership: Active vendor, strategic partner, or syndicate member with a valid NDA on file with Aevum Zenth Legal.

# Confidentiality & Data Protection

The Platform contains proprietary trade secrets, unreleased financial statements, strategic roadmaps, and material non-public information (MNPI). You agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all MNPI and do not disclose, copy, or redistribute materials without express written consent.
• Implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure data downloaded or viewed through the Platform.
• Comply with the Aevum Zenth Data Classification Policy, ensuring MNPI is isolated from public or unsecured networks.
• Report any suspected data breaches, unauthorized access, or compliance violations to compliance@aevumzenth.group within 24 hours of discovery.

Breaches of this section may result in immediate termination of access, civil liability, and referral to regulatory authorities.

# Portal Access & Usage Rights

Your access grant is non-transferable, revocable, and limited to your authorized entity. You may not:

• Share credentials, API keys, or SSO tokens with third parties.
• Scrape, mine, or automate data extraction beyond designated API rate limits.
• Use Platform data for market manipulation, insider trading, or competitive intelligence against Aevum Zenth divisions.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or analyze underlying security infrastructure.

Aevum Zenth may modify feature availability, data refresh intervals, and subscription tiers with 30 days' written notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

# Forward-Looking Statements & Risk Disclosure

Certain content on the Platform contains forward-looking statements regarding revenue projections, divisional expansion, R&D pipelines, and market positioning. These statements are based on current expectations and are subject to significant risks and uncertainties.

You acknowledge that actual results may differ materially due to macroeconomic shifts, regulatory changes, supply chain disruptions, or competitive pressures. Aevum Zenth undertakes no obligation to update forward-looking statements except as required by applicable securities law.

# Regulatory Compliance & Ethics

As a multidivisional enterprise operating in 62 jurisdictions, Aevum Zenth maintains strict adherence to:

• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) frameworks
• GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent data privacy regulations
• FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and OECD anti-corruption standards
• ESG reporting directives (ISSB, EU Taxonomy, TCFD)

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and Aevum Zenth's Code of Business Conduct. Violations may trigger internal audits, contract suspension, or law enforcement cooperation.

# Termination & Access Revocation

Aevum Zenth may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Breach any provision of these Terms or the accompanying NDA.
• Fail KYC/AML verification or provide false/misleading information.
• Engage in unauthorized data replication or automated abuse.
• Are identified as a sanctioned entity under OFAC, EU, UN, or HMT lists.

Upon termination, you must permanently delete all cached, downloaded, or copied Platform materials and certify compliance in writing within 72 hours.

# Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, or your use of the Platform, shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) in Geneva, in English.

Except where prohibited by law, Aevum Zenth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for Platform access in the preceding 12 months.
