Guided by our materiality assessment, we directed $12.4B toward ESG initiatives, representing 13.2% of total operating expenditure. Our integrated approach spans energy transition, circular manufacturing, workforce equity, and transparent governance.
Key highlights include a 34% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 emissions intensity, achievement of 78% renewable electricity procurement across owned facilities, and the successful deployment of AI-driven supply chain traceability across 12 core divisions. Reporting Standards & Assurance
This report has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards 2021, SASB industry-specific metrics, TCFD recommendations, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Data boundaries cover 100% of wholly-owned subsidiaries and 92% of joint ventures. Scope 3 emissions follow the GHG Protocol Corporate Value Chain standard.
