5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Cap on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Aevum Zenth, its directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates arising out of or related to this agreement, the use of products, or the provision of services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

In no event shall Aevum Zenth be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill.
• Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services.
• Damage to property, including space infrastructure or orbital assets.
• Personal injury or death, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct and where exclusion is prohibited by law.

5.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aevum Zenth and its related entities from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of products, or violation of applicable laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content, technology, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, algorithms, designs, and proprietary methodologies contained in or associated with Aevum Zenth products and services are the exclusive intellectual property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate and its respective subsidiaries, unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Limited License

Use of Aevum Zenth software, data, or digital services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license strictly for internal business or personal use as defined by your agreement.
