01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any software, hardware, data analytics platforms, or related services provided by Zenth Agritech, a division of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or enterprise, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
02 Scope of Services
Zenth Agritech provides precision agriculture solutions including, but not limited to:
- Cloud-based farm management software and yield analytics dashboards
- IoT sensor networks for soil moisture, nutrient density, and microclimate monitoring
- Autonomous equipment integration APIs and telemetry tracking
- Supply chain visibility and crop logistics optimization
- AI-driven agronomic advisory and predictive modeling
Service availability, features, and hardware specifications are subject to change based on regional regulatory compliance and technological updates.
03 User Accounts & Obligations
Access to certain Services requires account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete farm/enterprise data during registration
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international agricultural regulations
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms
- Report any unauthorized access or security breaches immediately
04 Agricultural Data & Privacy
We recognize the sensitive nature of agricultural operations. Data collection, processing, and storage comply with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, and sector-specific agricultural data standards).
Data Ownership: All raw field data, sensor telemetry, and crop records uploaded or generated through your operations remain the sole property of the user or designated enterprise. Zenth Agritech processes this data solely for the purpose of delivering Services and may use anonymized, aggregated datasets for platform optimization and research, subject to explicit consent where required.
05 Intellectual Property
All software, interfaces, algorithms, machine learning models, hardware designs, documentation, and branding associated with Zenth Agritech are the exclusive intellectual property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate. Limited, non-exclusive, revocable licenses are granted solely for internal agricultural operations. Unauthorized commercial redistribution, API reselling, or third-party integration without written consent is strictly prohibited.
06 Limitation of Liability
While we strive for maximum accuracy, Zenth Agritech provides Services "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or absolute predictive precision. Agricultural outcomes are inherently influenced by variables beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, soil degradation, pest infestations, market fluctuations, and regulatory changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aevum Zenth and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including crop loss, revenue reduction, or equipment malfunction resulting from reliance on platform recommendations.
07 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aevum Zenth Conglomerate, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, breach of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
08 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, poses security risks, or constitutes fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and you must securely delete all proprietary software and licensed materials in your possession.
09 Force Majeure
Zenth Agritech shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather events, crop diseases, government embargoes, internet infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, or global supply chain disruptions.
10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Swiss Confederation, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Neo Geneva, Switzerland, in accordance with the rules of the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration.
11 Modifications
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in technology, regulatory requirements, or service offerings. Material changes will be communicated via platform notification or registered email at least 30 days prior to effectiveness. Continued use of the Services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
