Right to Data Portability
Receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and transmit it to another provider where technically feasible.
Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. We will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
Automated Decision-Making
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Right to Withdraw Consent
If we process your data based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
How to Exercise Your Rights
We strive to make the process simple, transparent, and secure. Please follow these steps to submit a request:
Submit a Request
Contact our Data Protection team via email or through the support portal. Specify which right you are exercising and provide relevant details.
Identity Verification
For security and compliance, we will verify your identity before processing. This may require authentication matching your account records.
Review & Response
We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and respond within 30 days (or 60 days for complex requests). Extensions will be communicated in advance.
Fulfillment
Once verified and processed, you will receive the requested action (data export, deletion confirmation, correction receipt, etc.) securely.
Note: Certain requests may be subject to legal exceptions where we are required to retain data for contractual, regulatory, or security purposes. We will clearly communicate any limitations.
