Every project delivered by Apple Touch Icon.png comes with clear licensing terms. Your rights regarding the final deliverables are as follows:

  • Commercial Use License: Upon final payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered icons for commercial and personal purposes.
  • Modification Rights: You may modify, scale, and adapt the delivered assets to suit your platform or branding needs.
  • Redistribution: Redistribution of final assets is permitted as part of your product, app, or website. Reselling or sublicensing the raw design files as standalone products requires a separate commercial license.
  • Original IP: Apple Touch Icon.png retains copyright over the original working files, source layers, and unrejected concepts. Final delivered files are yours to use per the agreed license.

3. Rights Regarding Your Account & Information

If you maintain a user account on our platform or client portal, you retain control over your account information:

  • You may update, suspend, or close your account at any time through your dashboard.
  • Project files, invoices, and communications will remain accessible for 30 days after account closure for retrieval purposes.
  • We will not sell, rent, or share your account information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
  • Automated decision-making or profiling will not be used in ways that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Opt-Out, Correction & Deletion

You have the right to opt out of non-essential communications, marketing emails, and analytics tracking at any time.

  • Marketing Communications: Use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact our support team to update preferences.
  • Data Correction: Submit a request to update inaccurate contact details, billing information, or project references.
  • Data Deletion: Request complete removal of your personal data. Please note that certain transactional and legal records may be retained in anonymized form to comply with tax, accounting, or security obligations.

No fee is required to exercise your rights. For repeated or manifestly unfounded requests, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline the request, as permitted by law.
