🔍 Signature Requirements

Orders over $250 require an adult signature upon delivery. For unattended drops, leave delivery instructions in the checkout notes or contact support before processing.

⚠️ Package Inspection

Automotive tools and parts are heavily packaged, but we recommend inspecting your delivery before the carrier leaves. Report visible damage immediately for expedited claims.

We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders are subject to local customs, duties, and taxes.

📜 Customs & Duties

Import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in checkout. We mark all commercial invoices accurately to prevent delays. Lithium batteries may be restricted in certain countries.

Shipping FAQs

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact our support team immediately and we'll update it free of charge. Once a tracking number is generated, address changes must be handled directly with the carrier and may incur additional fees.
Why is my order delayed?
Delays can occur due to high order volume, severe weather, carrier processing backlogs, or customs holds (for international orders). Check your tracking link for real-time status. If your package is 3+ days past the estimated delivery, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
Do you ship batteries, brake fluid, or aerosols?
Yes, but these are classified as hazardous materials and ship via ground-only transit. Additional hazmat fees may apply, and they cannot be shipped via Express or Overnight services. International shipping for hazmat is heavily restricted and may be unavailable.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
We stand behind every shipment. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact our support team within 7 days with photos and tracking info. We'll process a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
