Service listings, pricing, availability, and provider information are submitted or managed by independent business partners, service providers, or third-party integrations. While we implement verification processes, BookEase does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or current status of all listed services.

• Scheduled times, dates, and availability may change without prior notice by the service provider.
• Pricing displayed on the platform may differ from final charges due to taxes, fees, or provider adjustments.
• Technical issues, network interruptions, or third-party API failures may temporarily affect booking functionality.

Users are encouraged to confirm all critical booking details directly with the service provider prior to their appointment or reservation.

BookEase acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with independent service providers. We do not employ, control, or guarantee the performance, conduct, or services of any third-party businesses, professionals, or individuals listed on our platform.

4. User Conduct & Bookings

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration and booking is accurate, current, and complete. Misrepresenting information, booking under false pretenses, or violating our Terms of Service may result in account suspension or cancellation.

By completing a booking, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the service provider. BookEase does not guarantee service delivery, performance quality, or customer satisfaction. Refunds, modifications, or cancellations are subject to the individual provider's policies and applicable local laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BookEase, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of $500 or the total fees paid by you to BookEase in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
