Yes, completely free with no hidden fees or credit card required. It's our way of understanding your student's needs before making any commitments. You'll receive a detailed report and learning plan regardless of whether you choose to enroll.
Do students need to prepare beforehand?+
No preparation is needed. The assessment is adaptive, meaning it adjusts to your student's level in real-time. All we ask is that they bring their current homework, recent tests, or syllabus if available, to help us understand their classroom context.
Can parents attend the assessment?+
Absolutely. We encourage parents to join the goal-setting portion at the end of the session. The actual diagnostic portion works best when the student works independently, but parents are welcome to observe or participate at any point.
What happens if we reschedule?+
Life happens! You can reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment at no penalty via the confirmation link we email. If you need to cancel or move it, just reply to the confirmation email or call us directly.
