How far in advance can I book a tutoring session?+
You can book sessions up to 4 weeks in advance. Prime weekday slots (3 PM - 7 PM) fill up quickly, so we recommend booking at least 3-5 days ahead for your preferred tutor.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?+
Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. Emergency exceptions can be reviewed by support.
Can I switch tutors if I'm not satisfied?+
Absolutely. We want every student to thrive with their tutor. If you'd like a different teaching style or expertise area, contact us within 48 hours of your first session and we'll match you with a new tutor at no extra cost.
How do I access my session recordings and materials?+
All recordings and shared resources are automatically saved to your dashboard under "My Sessions". You'll receive an email notification 10 minutes after each session ends with a direct link to view and download materials.
Do you offer refunds for unused monthly sessions?+
Monthly plans are non-refundable for unused sessions, but you can pause your subscription for up to 2 months with 7 days' notice. Unused sessions expire at the end of the billing cycle, but can be converted to single-session credits upon request.
