❓ Frequently Asked Questions

My instance is unreachable via SSH. What do I do?

First, check the CloudNexus console to ensure your instance is running. If it is, verify your Firewall settings allow port 22. You can also use the "Console Access" button in the dashboard to debug directly.

ssh -v root@your-instance-ip
How do I resize my block storage volume?

1. Stop your instance.
2. Navigate to Storage > Volumes.
3. Select your volume and click "Resize".
4. Start your instance and use `lsblk` to verify.

Why is my bandwidth limit exceeded?

If you exceed your monthly quota, traffic is throttled to 64kbps but not cut off. To prevent this, set up a usage alert in the Billing section or upgrade to the 'Professional' tier.
